Killed in Action: 8 Apr 2006 (aged 19) in Talafar, Iraq

While serving with Task Force 2-37AR, Missildine was killed by an IED during a dismounted patrol in Talafar, Iraq.  He was just 19 years old. Like many, Missildine enlisted straight out of high school so he could travel and earn money towards college. He is survived by his parents, two brothers and two sisters all in Central Florida where Jody grew up.
